Boga is a Podencomix female dog who comes from the Perrera Resur shelter in Linares. Boga is such a funny, gentle, and special dog—her lively personality brightens up everyone’s day and often has the Spanish team laughing. Boga loves her food, but she also absolutely adores her food bowl. She practically carries it around the entire property all day long and even takes it with her into the hut in the evening. Sometimes, when she’s finished eating, she’ll quickly grab her bowl between her teeth, run over to another dog who still has some food left in their bowl, place her own bowl on top of it, and then sprint—with impressive speed—carrying both bowls all the way to the far end of the property. There, she’ll finish off the remaining food from the second bowl. Somehow, nobody ever seems to mind; no one ever scolds her for it. She’s so clever and resourceful—probably that’s how she’s always managed to survive. Boga has one blind eye due to past abuse or an accident; the skull bones around it were also fractured. Thankfully, everything has healed nicely now—only her right eye remains blind. But this doesn’t bother the cheerful dog in the slightest. We’d love for Boga to find a loving, safe home with a garden and a completely secure fence. Boga can be rehomed as an only dog, since she’d surely enjoy having all the attention to herself. If you choose to adopt Boga, you’re choosing a full life—even with a disability. Boga is calm and full of love toward people, and she also gets along well with other dogs. Boga ist eine Podencomix-Hündin und stammt aus der Perrera Resur in Linares. Boga ist eine so witzige, feine besondere Hündin, sie heitert mit ihrem Wesen jeden auf und bringt das spanische Team oft zum Lachen. Boga liebt ihr Futter, aber sie liebt auch ihren Futternapf, den trägt sie praktisch den ganzen Tag auf dem Gelände mit sich herum, nimmt ihn abends mit in die Hütte. Manchmal, wenn sie leer gefressen hat, nimmt sie ihren Napf ganz schnell zwischen die Zähne, rennt zu einem anderen Hund, der noch etwas Futter im Napf hat, stülpt ihren eigenen Napf da drauf und rennt beeindruckend schnell mit beiden Näpfen bis ans Ende des Geländes. Dort frisst sie dann die Reste aus dem zweiten Napf. Irgendwie lässt man es ihr durch gehen, keiner geht sie deshalb an. Sie ist so schlau und clever, vermutlich konnte sie so immer überleben. Boga hat durch Misshandlung oder Unfall ein blindes Auge, auch die Schädelknochen drum herum war gebrochen. Es ist wieder alles gut verheilt, nur das rechte Auge ist blind, was die lebensfrohe Hündin aber nicht weiter beeinträchtigt. Wir wünschen uns für Boga ein liebevolles, sicheres Zuhause mit Garten und komplett sicherer Umzäunung. Boga kann als Einzelhund vermittelt werden, da sie sicher die ganze Aufmerksamkeit sehr genießen würde. Wer sich für Boga entscheidet, entscheidet sich für das volle Leben, auch mit Handicap. Boga ist ruhig und voller Liebe Menschen gegenüber und mag auch ihre Artgenossen. Sie würde ein treuer, anhänglicher Hund werden, wenn sie die Chance bekäme.
