Approximate date of birth: 01.10.2022 Estimated size: 12 kg 40 cm female dog, who lost her trust and will to live. And who is still waiting to see if someone can return it to her. CARINKA is 3 years old and weighs 12 kg. She came to our shelter from a settlement so cruel that even the police are afraid to enter. Places where animals (and children) are not raised with love, but with fear, hunger and pain. She was born as a shy, sensitive puppy, and instead of protection from her human, she received beatings. Instead of safety, there was endless chaos and fear. And that is deeply rooted in her. These are her only memories of childhood. For more than a year we have been trying to teach her that the world does not have to hurt. That touch does not have to mean danger. That people do not have to be a threat. We are fighting for her trust, for the spark in her eyes, for her will to live. For now, she spends most of her time in the corner. In a place where she feels at least a little safe. Two walls that "cover her back" from another beating she is expecting. As if she has decided to spend her whole life there quietly, without expectations, without hope. Just waiting for the end. We don't want her to end up like this.

Približný dátum narodenia : 01.10.2022 Odhadovaná veľkosť: 12 kg 40 cm Fenka, ktorej ľudia zobrali dôveru a chuť žiť. A ktorá ešte stále čaká, či jej to niekto dokáže vrátiť. Carinka má 3 roky a váži 12 kg. Do nášho útulku sa dostala z osady, ktorá bola natoľko krutá, že sa do nej boja vstúpiť aj policajti. Miesta, kde sa zvieratá(a aj deti) nerodia do lásky, ale do strachu, hladu a bolesti.Narodila sa ako plachý, citlivý psík a namiesto ochrany od svojho človeka dostala bitku. Namiesto bezpečia len nekončiaci chaos a strach. A to v nej zostalo hlboko ukotvené. To sú jej jediné spomienky na detstvo. Už viac ako rok sa ju snažíme naučiť, že svet nemusí bolieť. Že dotyk nemusí znamenať nebezpečenstvo. Že človek nemusí byť hrozbou. Bojujeme o jej dôveru, o jej iskru v očiach, o jej chuť žiť.Zatiaľ však väčšinu času trávi v kúte. Na mieste, kde sa cíti aspoň trochu v bezpečí. Dve steny, ktoré jej "kryjú chrbát", pred ďalšou bitkou na ktorú čaká. Akoby sa rozhodla, že tam prežije celý svoj život potichu, bez očakávaní, bez nádejí. Len čakaním na koniec.My však nechceme, aby takto skončila.
