Chico came to our partner animal shelter as a puppy with his brother Benji as a found animal. Since they did not find a family there, they spent their entire youth in the shelter. Chico is only now getting to know the big, wide world with us. Currently, he is still shy and cautious around strangers, but he always overcomes his fear, comes up to them on his own and wants to learn. We are looking for a loving and patient home for the handsome, castrated mixed-breed male with a height of approximately 50 cm. Since many things are still unfamiliar to him, we are placing Chico in a home with an already existing, confident first dog, to whom he can orient himself. A private, fenced garden in the new home is a prerequisite for his acclimatization. Because too much commotion would still overwhelm him, there should be no small children in the household. Chico is already house-trained and can certainly stay alone for hours after a corresponding acclimatization period. Chico kam damals als Welpe zusammen mit seinem Bruder Benji als Fundtier in unser Partnertierheim. Da die beiden dort keine Familie fanden, verbrachten sie ihre gesamte Jugend im Tierheim. Chico lernt die große, weite Welt also erst jetzt bei uns kennen. Aktuell zeigt er sich Fremden gegenüber noch schüchtern und vorsichtig, siegt aber immer wieder über seine Angst, kommt von sich aus heran und möchte unbedingt dazulernen. Für den hübschen, kastrierten Mischlingsrüden mit einem Stockmaß von ca. 50 cm suchen wir ein liebevolles und geduldiges Zuhause. Da ihm vieles noch unheimlich ist, vermitteln wir Chico in ein Umfeld mit einem bereits vorhandenen, souveränen Ersthund, an dem er sich orientieren kann. Ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten im neuen Zuhause ist für seine Eingewöhnung Voraussetzung. Weil ihn zu viel Trubel noch überfordern würde, sollten keine kleinen Kinder im Haushalt leben. Chico zeigt sich bei uns bereits stubenrein und kann nach einer entsprechenden Eingewöhnungszeit sicherlich auch stundenweise alleine bleiben.
