Cloud is a lovely little lady who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. Since arriving with us, she has come on in leaps and bounds and has blossomed into a wonderfully affectionate little girl. Cloud has the sweetest nature and is incredibly loving with the people she knows and trusts. Once you've built a bond with her, you'll have a friend for life. She adores cuddles and, if she had her way, she'd spend the whole day curled up on your lap. She is forever pawing at her favourite people, asking to be picked up, as being carried is one of her favourite things. She is a proper little lap dog who simply loves being close to the people she feels safe with. Although Cloud has grown hugely in confidence, she can still find strangers and unfamiliar situations a little worrying. When she sees new people out and about, she can panic, so she will need patient adopters who understand that trust takes time. Once she knows you, however, she is an incredibly loyal, affectionate and rewarding companion. Cloud gets on wonderfully with other dogs and will need a kind and confident resident dog in her new home. Having another dog by her side gives her reassurance and helps her confidence continue to grow. She walks beautifully on her harness, especially when she has a canine friend to follow, and thoroughly enjoys getting out and about. She has also passed her cat test and could happily live with a dog-savvy feline. While she can be a little unsure of larger dogs at first, she is always gentle and simply looks to her people and doggy friends for reassurance. As Cloud has never lived in a home before, she will need time to learn about house training and all the other routines that come with family life. She would suit a home where someone is around for most, if not all, of the day, as she absolutely loves human company and is happiest snuggled up on a lap or relaxing alongside her doggy friends. Cloud would like a quiet home and could live with dog-savvy teenagers aged 16 years and over who understand that she may need a little time to settle into her new surroundings. Cloud is an absolute diamond with so much love to give. She has blossomed into a happy, affectionate little girl, and we know she is going to make the most wonderful companion for one very lucky family. This dog can be homed with a resident dog. This dog can be homed with cats.
