Eagle is a handsome little chap, he is approximately 8 years old and came into our care as a stray. He is a very friendly dog but can mouth hands and arms if he gets too overexcited or overwhelmed – For this reason he would only be suitable for a quieter home with children 16 years plus. Eagle is a food motivated boy and loves munching on frozen meat enrichment and searching around for some treats that his carers hide for him to seek out. Despite his age, Eagle is an active & spritely guy and will benefit from 1-2 walks per day – they don’t need to be long walks but he will need to get out of the house for a stroll to stretch his legs and will benefit his active brain by giving him things to sniff and explore. Eagle has received some dental work while in our care but is now ready to find his forever home. He can be needy and has shown some signs of separation anxiety while with us so he is looking for a home where his new family will be around most of the time. He is a good boy on walks and mostly walks well on harness and lead but may pull slightly towards things he wants to explore or sniff.
