I am Ellie … and am looking for a dog-experienced home that can offer me security and structure. This is me: Strangers initially scare me quite a bit, and I show that clearly. I am more insecure on the go and still have a lot to learn. I probably came from abroad originally and haven’t had much of a chance to get to know things. I am generally compatible with other dogs, but can also be quite a handful at first. So, if the chemistry is right, that can definitely work out. Additionally, I am very food-motivated – that helps with training. Because I still need a lot of that. Management is important when it comes to the vet: I need further muzzle training and people who can work with me calmly, patiently, and consistently. Leash manners are not yet one of my strengths. For that, I do have potential, though – and if given time, I can still learn a lot. I wish for … a quiet home on the outskirts or in the countryside, without children and without too much hustle and bustle. People with dog experience would be important so they can read me well and support me. Would you like to give me a great place?

Ich bin Ellie … und suche ein hundeerfahrenes Zuhause, das mir Sicherheit und Struktur schenkt. Das bin ich: Fremde finde ich erstmal ziemlich gruselig und zeige das auch deutlich. Ich bin eher unsicher unterwegs und muss viele Dinge noch lernen. Wahrscheinlich komme ich ursprünglich aus dem Ausland und habe bisher nicht besonders viel kennenlernen dürfen. Mit anderen Hunden bin ich nach Sympathie verträglich, pöble aber auch erst ganz schön. Wenn die Chemie stimmt, klappt das also durchaus. Außerdem bin ich sehr futtermotiviert – das hilft beim Training. Denn davon brauche ich noch einiges. Vor allem beim Tierarzt ist Management wichtig: Ich brauche weiter Maulkorbtraining und Menschen, die ruhig, geduldig und konsequent mit mir arbeiten. Leinenführigkeit gehört aktuell noch nicht zu meinen Stärken. Dafür bringe ich aber Potenzial mit – und wenn man mir Zeit gibt, kann ich noch viel lernen. Ich wünsche mir … ein ruhiges Zuhause am Stadtrand oder ländlich, ohne Kinder und ohne zu viel Trubel. Menschen mit Hundeerfahrung wären wichtig, damit sie mich gut lesen und begleiten können.
