With three children under the age of 10 in the household, Frankie is finding the busy family environment increasingly challenging, and his owners feel it is in both dogs’ best interests to find them a quieter home where they can thrive. They share an exceptionally close bond and gain great comfort, reassurance and confidence from one another, so it is essential that they remain together. Both boys are affectionate, friendly dachshunds who love spending time with their people, enjoy their walks, relaxing at home and being involved in family life. Frankie Frankie is a loving and affectionate boy who forms strong bonds with the people he knows and trusts. Once settled, he enjoys cuddles, spending time with his family and relaxing with his favourite toys. He’s also very food motivated, especially if Cathedral City Mini Cheese Bites are involved! Frankie has made fantastic progress with his confidence on walks, although he can still be wary of unfamiliar people and dogs. Given time and space, he continues to grow in confidence. When Frankie was around 6 months old, he nipped a child. Because of this, he is looking for a calm home with adults only. He thrives in a quiet, predictable environment where his need for space is respected. Frankie also takes great comfort from Nashie, and we would love for them to find a home together. Our behaviourist will provide ongoing support to help Frankie, Nashie and their new family settle in successfully. Nashie Nashie is a happy, loving boy with a wonderful temperament. He enjoys his walks, loves attention and has a playful side, while also being content to relax at home with Frankie once the day is over.
