Hash has never truly known the comfort of a home or the reassuring touch of humans. Arriving from a pound, he is still wary and prefers to observe from a distance rather than seek petting. But behind this reserve, there is a cat eager to flourish at his own pace with patient and kind individuals. It will take time, gentleness, and a calm environment to help him feel secure. With patience, he will gradually understand that humans can be allies, and perhaps one day, he will seek affection on his own, something he has never experienced. If you are ready to give him time and love without expecting too much in return at first, he might one day surprise you with his hidden tenderness. He is positive for the calici virus and will need to be the sole cat in the home unless another calici-positive cat is also present.

Hasch n’a jamais vraiment connu la douceur d’un foyer ni le contact rassurant des humains. Arrivé de fourrière, il est encore craintif et préfère observer à distance plutôt que venir chercher des caresses. Mais derrière cette réserve, il y a un chat qui ne demande qu’à s’épanouir, à son rythme, avec des personnes patientes et bienveillantes. Il faudra du temps, de la douceur et un environnement calme pour l’aider à se sentir en sécurité. Avec de la patience, il pourra peu à peu comprendre que l’humain peut être un allié, et peut-être un jour, il viendra chercher de lui-même l’affection qu’il n’a jamais connue. Si vous êtes prêt à lui donner du temps et de l’amour sans attendre trop en retour au début, il pourrait bien un jour vous surprendre par sa tendresse cachée. Positif au calici virus, il devra être le seul matou du foyer sauf si calici + également.
