A family that is active and athletic, who goes out in the weather and enjoys training. Lima is a hunting dog and was used for that purpose. She is active and needs a lot of mental stimulation; she is not a couch potato. She will challenge her new family, which of course is a challenge but not impossible. Hunting dogs are very sensitive family dogs who love their people and stick with them through thick and thin. But first, you have to win her heart. Lima is a loving female dog, she is compatible with other dogs but not with cats. The life in the house with all its advantages, the warm, soft dog bed, will be enjoyed by Lima, because she hasn't experienced that yet.
