Lora came to the shelter after her owner passed away, when the family could no longer keep her due to selling their house. Day by day, she lost everything she knew – her home, security and the person she was attached to. The stay in the shelter is difficult for her, as she is very attached to people and cannot cope with loneliness – when left alone, she grieves and cries. Despite her age, she is still active, enjoys every walk and greatly values human company. She is friendly, grateful and gentle, seeks contact and longs to be as close to a person as possible. Toys do not interest her much – the biggest reward for her is a caress and the feeling of closeness. With dogs and female dogs, she is calm in the exercise run and does not show conflicting behavior. However, outside the exercise run, on a leash, she is reactive towards dogs, so we recommend a calm introduction. Handling her is trouble-free, she has 100% hygienic habits and behaves politely – nothing is destroyed. HEALTH CONDITION: Lora has masses on the mammary glands and on the chest and further examinations are awaited, after which the vet will determine the next steps in treatment – taking into account her age and overall condition. We will update the information. We are looking for a loving home for Loru only inside, where she will be surrounded by attention, peace and a sense of security. She is a female dog who has gone through loss and deserves only a life full of love and closeness. Lora deserves to spend the time she has in a loving and peaceful home – with a person who provides her with stability, security and a sense of safety. Her health condition is currently good, but it will need to be monitored further. With regular care, understanding and love, Lora can still have a beautiful and peaceful time full of joy and gratitude. VETERINARY COSTS RELATED TO LORU'S HEALTH CONDITION WILL BE PAID BY THE SHELTER FOR LIFE, BASED ON PRE-AGREED TERMS.

Lora prišla do útulku po úmrtí svojho majiteľa, keď si ju rodina už nemohla nechať kvôli predaju domu. Zo dňa na deň prišla o všetko, čo poznala – o svoj domov, istotu aj človeka, ku ktorému bola pripútaná. Pobyt v útulku znáša ťažko, pretože je veľmi naviazaná na ľudí a samotu nezvláda – keď ostane sama, smúti a plače. Napriek svojmu veku je stále aktívna, teší sa z každej prechádzky a ľudskú spoločnosť si nesmierne užíva. Je priateľská, vďačná a jemná, vyhľadáva kontakt a túži byť čo najbližšie pri človeku. Hračky ju veľmi nezaujímajú – najväčšou odmenou je pre ňu pohladenie a pocit blízkosti. So psami aj fenkami je vo výbehu pokojná a neprejavuje konfliktné správanie. Mimo výbehu, na vodítku, je však voči psom reaktívna, preto odporúčame pokojné zoznámenie. Manipulácia je s ňou bezproblémová, má 100 % hygienické návyky a dnu sa správa slušne – nič neničí. ZDRAVOTNÝ STAV: Lora má útvary na mliečnych lištách aj na hrudníku a čakajú ju ešte vyšetrenia, po ktorých veterinár určí ďalší postup liečby – s ohľadom na jej vek aj celkový stav. Informáciu budeme aktualizovať. Pre Loru hľadáme láskavý domov len vo vnútri, kde bude obklopená pozornosťou, pokojom a pocitom istoty. Je to fenočka, ktorá si prešla stratou a zaslúži si už len život plný lásky a blízkosti. Lora si zaslúži prežiť čas, ktorý má, v láskavom a pokojnom domove – u človeka, ktorý jej dopraje stabilitu, istotu a pocit bezpečia. Jej zdravotný stav je momentálne dobrý, no bude potrebné ho ďalej sledovať. S pravidelnou starostlivosťou, porozumením a láskou môže mať Lora ešte krásny a pokojný čas plný nehy a vďaky.
