Louis a rejoint le refuge suite à la fermeture d'une association qui a dû se séparer de tous ses protégés. Un changement de vie brutal pour ce chat, qui doit aujourd'hui réapprendre à faire confiance. Il se laisse toucher, un premier pas encourageant, mais reste encore à socialiser.
