Initially timid, she needs a calm and patient home that will give her the time and reassurance to realise that the world isn’t as scary as it might seem. When she does feel comfortable, her personality shines through—complete with bursts of joyful zoomies that are guaranteed to make you smile. She’s incredibly affectionate and forms strong bonds with her people. Mary can live with other similar-sized dogs who are calm and respectful, but she would prefer a quieter household as loud or boisterous children can be overwhelming for her. With the right support, she’ll become a devoted and loving companion.
