06-08-26 Minnow is a worried little lady who has come to us from a breeder. She shows little glimpses of wanting to be confident but just isn't quite sure how to be yet. She relies heavily on her kennel friends for comfort and will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home that she can lean on as she continues to build her confidence and learn about trust and companionship. Minnow has never lived in a home before, so she will need patient adopters who can help her learn all about home life, including house training. She is likely to find lead walking quite daunting to begin with, so her adopters will need to take things at her pace, allowing her plenty of time to explore the garden and gain confidence before venturing out. She can live with older, dog-savvy teens aged, 13+ who are sensible and will allow her time to settle in at her own pace. She will need adopters with ex-breeding experience who can understand her needs, and will need an extra-secure garden where she can be safe as she settles in. Minnow is a lovely girl who just needs plenty of time, patience and TLC. With the support of a confident canine companion and an understanding family, we're sure she will continue to blossom and become a wonderful addition to her forever home. Minnow has a travel document. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
