This Shih Tzu was seized from a breeding facility, where she spent her entire life in a cage. She is a very good, affectionate, and sociable dog with other dogs. She can go into indefinite foster care and only needs a family to give her the opportunity to discover what it's like to live for real. She only has one eye, the other was operated on and enucleated. She needs treatment with drops in the remaining eye.
