Young and full of joy – that's the first thing that comes to mind when looking at Pongo. He is a sensitive, sharp, and incredibly cute guy who immediately attracts attention. Although he looks like a cuddly toy, he shouldn't be treated solely as a stuffed mascot. There is a lot of strength hidden in Pongo – he can pull hard on a leash. The sight of other dogs causes tension in him, so he needs calm and consistent work on socialization. Like many dogs in the animal shelter, it's becoming harder for him to cope with excess stimuli and emotions. He urgently needs to leave the animal shelter and find a home where he will find quiet, routine, and a sense of security. Stable conditions will help him calm down and stop "fighting" for every step during walks. Just look at him – it's hard to take your eyes off him. Scratching behind the ear and hugging together reward all the effort. Pongo is looking for a home without other animals and small children. He would best find himself in an active family with experience or ready to work together on his behavior. There is no doubt that with appropriate support, Pongo will quickly spread his wings and become a true family member.

Młody i pełen radości – to pierwsze, co przychodzi na myśl, gdy patrzy się na Pongo. To czuły, bystry i niezwykle uroczy chłopak, który od razu przyciąga spojrzenia. Choć wygląda jak przytulanka, nie można go traktować wyłącznie jak pluszowej maskotki. W Pongo drzemie sporo siły – potrafi solidnie pociągnąć na smyczy. Widok innych psów wywołuje u niego napięcie, dlatego potrzebuje spokojnej i konsekwentnej pracy nad socjalizacją. Jak wiele psów w schronisku, coraz trudniej radzi sobie z nadmiarem bodźców i emocji. Pilnie potrzebuje opuścić schronisko i trafić do domu, w którym odnajdzie ciszę, rutynę i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Stabilne warunki pomogą mu się wyciszyć i przestać „walczyć” o każdy krok podczas spaceru. Wystarczy na niego spojrzeć – trudno oderwać wzrok. A drapanie za uchem i wspólne przytulanie wynagradzają wszelki wysiłek. Pongo szuka domu bez innych zwierząt i małych dzieci. Najlepiej odnajdzie się w aktywnej rodzinie z doświadczeniem lub gotowej podjąć wspólną pracę nad jego zachowaniem. Nie ma wątpliwości, że przy odpowiednim wsparciu Pongo szybko rozwinie skrzydła i stanie się prawdziwym członkiem rodziny.
