Rex was found on the outskirts of Plasencia, more dead than alive—completely emaciated and on the verge of starvation. The staff at the refuge did everything they could to bring Rex back to life. And he fought hard—and he made it! Nourished with food and care, and showered with lots of love, he’s now well on his way to becoming a handsome German Shepherd. Rex gets along great with all dogs, people, and children. He’s a good, obedient boy! Rex is very intelligent and eager to learn. He still has a lot to learn, but he does it with great enthusiasm. Rex is now ready to find his own family—one that will walk through life together with him.

Rex fand man am Stadtrand von Plasencia, mehr Tod als lebendig. Völlig abgemagert und am Verhungern. Die Mitarbeiter im Refugium gaben sich alle Mühe um Rex wieder zurück ins Leben zu holen. Und er hat gekämpft und hat es geschafft. Aufgepäppelt mit Futter und Pflege und ganz viel Liebe, ist er jetzt auf dem Weg ein stattlicher Schäferhund zu werden. Rex kommt mit allen Hunden und Menschen sowie Kindern klar. Er ist ein guter gehorsamer Junge! Rex ist sehr intelligent und lernfreudig. Er muss vieles lernen, aber das macht er mit Freude. Rex soll nun seine eigene Familie finden, die mit ihm gemeinsam durchs Leben gehen.
