01.01.2014Kastrering: nej Berättelsen om Rico är mer än sorglig. Sedan 2015 har Rico bott i ett försummat gammalt byggnad i söder på ön. Han fick mat av lokalbefolkningen, men han behandlades aldrig korrekt. Ingen gav honom behandling mot parasiter, rätt mat, varm sovplats eller ens borstade hans päls eller tog hand om honom. Han bodde helt ensam och väntade på att någon skulle komma och ge honom mat och uppmärksamhet. Efter 11 år av detta liv upptäckte en polsk turist honom och beslutade att rädda honom från detta lidande. Och Rico kom till vårt hus. Han hade troligen för första gången i sitt liv fått en riktig bad och behandling hos en hundvårdare, där de blev chockade över hur hans päls och hud såg ut. Han fick slutligen blodprov och behandling mot parasiter. Till slut i sitt liv kände han att någon brydde sig om honom. Trots sin hemskas liv är Rico en supervänlig pojke som alltid svänger med sin svans. Han gillar inte katter men är bra med andra hundar. Säkerligen förtjänar han att spendera resten av sitt liv någon vänlig, varm plats där han kommer att bli älskad och omsorgsfullt behandlad. Som tack kan han återge sin lojalitet och massor av kärlek till den person som tar emot honom.

01.01.2014Castration : no The story of Rico is more than sad. Since 2015 Rico was living in the abandoned old building in the south of island. He was fed by the local people, but he was never properly cared. Nobody cared to give him parasite treatments, proper food, warm bed or even to brush his fur or take him for grooming. He was just living all alone and waiting for someone to come and give him food and attention. After 11 years of this life a Polish tourist noticed him and decided to rescue him from this misery. And Rico came to our place. He had probably for the first time in his life a proper bath and grooming saloon, where they were shocked about state of his fur and skin. He was finally blood tested and treated against the parasites. Finally in his life he felt that someone cares about him. Despite of his horrible life, Rico is super friendly boy, wagging all the time with his tail. He doesn’t like cats but he is fine with other dogs. For sure he deserves to spend rest of his life somewhere nice, warm, somewhere where he will be loved and cared. As thank you, he can give back his loyality and a lot of love to the person who will adopt him.
