Birth Date: February 2014 Weight: Medium neutered Roscoe was found together with his brother Paco in a canal near the edge of Bucharest. We believe they fell there when they were young, so when we found them, they were very wild and scared of people, crying every time we approached them. Now, the two have begun to socialize, although they are still very wary. Roscoe is a cautious dog who doesn't let you pick him up until he gets to know you, but he is friendly with other dogs.
