Shane är en svart och vit katt som räddades i slutet av maj 2025 i San Pedro industriområde. Hon är cirka 5 år gammal. Hon har en mycket tydlig och speciell personlighet: hon bestämmer när hon vill få klappa och kommer efter det, men hon vet också hur hon ska sätta gränser och meddela att hon har fått nog med ett litet tugg. Shane bor just nu fritt i kattdörren och har tydligt gjort klart att hon föredrar inte att interagera med andra katter eller vara omgiven av för många kattkamrater. Därför tror vi att hon skulle bli lyckligare i ett hem där hon kan vara den enda katten eller leva i en mycket lugn miljö. Vi söker en familj till Shane som har erfarenhet av katter, som förstår hennes kroppsspråk och respekterar hennes tid och gränser. Hon rekommenderas inte för hem med små barn. Shane is a beautiful black-and-white cat who was rescued in late May 2025 in the San Pedro Alcántara Industrial Estate area; he is approximately 5 years old. Shane has a very distinct and unique personality. He’s the one who decides when he wants some cuddles and comes over to seek them out, but he also knows how to set boundaries and, when he feels he’s had enough, he’ll let you know with a little nip. He currently lives freely in the cattery and has made it clear that he does not enjoy the company of other cats or sharing his space with many companions; he is independent. For this reason, we believe he would be much happier in a home where he could be the only cat, or in a very quiet environment with another independent cat. We’re looking for a family with experience of cats to take Shane in – one that knows how to interpret his body language, respects his pace and understands his way of interacting. We do not recommend him for families with young children.
