Smeraldo is a sweet black cat, born approximately in December 2025, who arrived at the shelter from a colony in Rivalta. When he arrived, he was very distrustful and needed time to understand he could trust. Then, day by day, he began to let himself be known and we discovered a very special kitten. Today Smeraldo is a sunny, curious and playful cat who loves receiving cuddles and being in company. During sterilization, he was subjected to FIV/FELV tests and was found to be FIV positive. This does not prevent him from living a full and happy life, but over time he may need some extra attention and periodic veterinary checks. Smeraldo gets along very well with other cats and can therefore live with them, as long as they are calm and not territorial, so as to avoid possible fights. Smeraldo è un dolcissimo micio nero, nato indicativamente a dicembre 2025, arrivato al gattile da una colonia di Rivalta. Quando è arrivato era molto diffidente e aveva bisogno dei suoi tempi per capire di potersi fidare. Poi, giorno dopo giorno, ha iniziato a lasciarsi conoscere e abbiamo scoperto un micetto davvero speciale. Oggi Smeraldo è un micio solare, curioso e giocherellone, che adora ricevere coccole e stare in compagnia. Durante la sterilizzazione è stato sottoposto ai test FIV/FELV ed è risultato FIV positivo. Questo non gli impedisce di vivere una vita piena e felice, ma nel tempo potrebbe avere bisogno di qualche attenzione in più e di controlli veterinari periodici. Smeraldo va molto d’accordo con gli altri gatti e può quindi convivere con loro, purché siano tranquilli e non territoriali, così da evitare possibili litigi.
