Toby is a medium-sized mixed breed with a gentle heart and a story that deserves a happy ending. Born on 15/10/2024, he was one of six puppies welcomed into the world at a friend’s home — a sweet start to life surrounded by love. At the shelter, Toby was a social butterfly: happily living alongside very young children, 20 dogs, and 10 cats. He was always content just to be near you, soaking up affection and companionship. In May, Toby was adopted, but sadly never fully settled. Due to changes in his adopter’s personal circumstances, he was moved into kennels — a tough transition for such a sensitive boy. But Toby is slowly coming back to life. Now in care again, he’s beginning to show signs of playfulness, especially with his best friend Jack. It’s a joy to see his spark returning. Toby is shy at first, but with patience and love, he blossoms.
