His story: The beautiful Viktor is a true emergency case. He was found by animal rescuer Tina in the forest. There, many abandoned dogs live and fight daily for survival. She feeds groups of dogs and cares for the animals there. Viktor was particularly clingy and always wanted to come with her. One day, she found him severely injured with a torn tail. The tail was bloody and raw. Poor Viktor must have been in unimaginable pain. We suspect that there might have been a fight with a bear, which unfortunately happens often. Viktor was medically treated, but unfortunately, the tail could not be saved and had to be amputated. Fortunately, the wound has now healed well. Viktor is now in the public shelter in Bistrita. Here, he suffers greatly because his movement needs cannot be met, and there are not enough opportunities to interact with people. Viktor is a Malinois-mixed breed. According to his breed, he is smart, active, and very friendly to all people. He loves being stroked and is still very playful. With other dogs, Viktor shows good compatibility. Viktor is around 1.5 to 2 years old and has a medium to large size, approximately 55-60 cm. Malinois are active, confident, and intelligent dogs that need a lot of mental stimulation. Not only physical exertion is important here, but also head and nose work. Dog sports like agility, mantrailing, or obedience would greatly please Viktor. As well as long walks or hikes together with his people. Malinois are also sometimes watchful and protective of their people. Traits that require positive, reward-based training. We wish for Viktor active people who already have experience with herding dogs or Malinois and are eager to go through life with Viktor. A rural home would certainly be ideal for him. Viktor still needs to learn the dog ABC and looks forward to a family that picks him up by the paw and shows him how wonderful life is. It is important to us that Viktor is exclusively positively trained and that aversive training methods are ruled out. Small children and other animals should not live in the home so that he can have a quiet start in life and learn everything slowly. Our Viktor is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. He brings his EU pet passport and can be adopted after a positive assessment. Seine Geschichte: Der schöne Viktor ist ein echter Notfall. Er wurde von der Tierschützerin Tina im Wald gefunden. Dort leben viele ausgesetzte Hunde und kämpfen jeden Tag ums Überleben. Sie füttert dort Hundegruppen und kümmert sich um die Tiere. Viktor war besonders anhänglich und wollte immer mit ihr mitkommen. Eines Tages fand sie ihn schwer verletzt mit einer abgerissenen Rute. Der Schwanz war blutig und wie gehäutet. Der arme Viktor muss unfassbare Schmerzen gehabt haben. Wir vermuten, dass es evtl. einen Kampf mit einem Bären gab, das passiert leider öfter. Viktor wurde ärztlich versorgt, aber leider konnte die Rute nicht gerettet werden und so musste sie amputiert werden. Zum Glück ist die Wunde mittlerweile gut verheilt. Viktor ist nun ins öffentliche Shelter von Bistrita umgezogen. Hier leidet er leider sehr, denn seinen Bewegungsdrang kann er hier nicht gerecht werden und es gibt zu wenig Möglichkeiten, mit Menschen in Kontakt zu treten. Viktor ist ein Malinois-Mischling. Seiner Rasse entsprechend ist er klug, aktiv und auch sehr freundlich zu allen Menschen. Er liebt es, gestreichelt zu werden und ist immer noch sehr verspielt. Mit anderen Hunden zeigt sich Viktor verträglich. Viktor ist ca. 1,5 – 2 Jahre alt und hat eine schöne mittlere bis große Größe, von ca. 55 – 60 cm. Malinois sind aktive, selbstbewusste und gelehrige Hunde, die viel Beschäftigung brauchen. Nicht nur die körperliche Auslastung ist hier wichtig, sondern auch die Kopf- und Nasenarbeit. Hundesport, wie z.B. Agility, Mantrailing oder auch Obedience, würde Viktor viel Freude bereiten. Sowie lange Spaziergänge oder auch Wanderungen zusammen mit seinen Menschen. Malinois sind auch gerne mal wachsam und beschützen ihre Menschen. Eigenschaften, die ein gutes, positiv bestärkendes Training benötigen. Wir wünschen uns für Viktor aktive Menschen, die im besten Fall schon Erfahrungen mit Schäferhunden oder Malinois sammeln konnten und Lust darauf haben, mit Viktor durchs Leben zu gehen. Schön wäre für ihn sicherlich ein eher ländliches Zuhause. Viktor muss noch das Hunde ABC lernen und freut sich über eine Familie, die ihn an der Pfote nimmt und ihr zeigt, wie schön das Leben ist. Wichtig ist uns, dass Viktor ausschließlich positiv erzogen wird und von aversiven Erziehungsmethoden abgesehen wird. Kleine Kinder und andere Tiere sollten nicht im Haushalt leben, damit er erstmal einen ruhigen Start ins Leben bekommen kann und alles langsam lernen darf. Unser Viktor ist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Er bringt seinen EU-Heimtierausweis mit und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro in seine neue Familie reisen. Auch eine Pflegestelle würde ihm sehr helfen!
