Watson is a true lover of petting and affection. He is looking for his very own family and enjoys being petted and snuggling a lot. Watson has, however, an extremely unique way of interacting that must be taken into consideration. During petting or snuggling moments, he may suddenly and completely unexpectedly become very aggressive and bite or push with his paw – often without any clear warning. This does not mean that he does not want human affection, as he usually seeks out petting and contact right after. For Watson, it is important to learn to understand his body language and respect his boundaries. That is why we are looking for a very understanding, well-adjusted, and patient foster home where he can be fully loved and given time and space. Watson does not suit a home with young children. Still, next to the right person, he is a very loving, social companion who enjoys human affection and offers many kind moments. Watson is currently in need of a haircut, as in the animal shelter where he arrived, a tick had latched onto his ear and gone untreated. He will need regular grooming in the future to stay healthy and cared for. Watson is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has received all necessary parasite treatments. Watson on tõeline pai- ja läheduse nautija. Ta otsib ise inimese seltskonda ning naudib väga silitamist ja koos olemist. Watsonil on aga üsna eripärane suhtlemisviis, millega tuleks kindlasti arvestada. Paitamise või läheduse hetkel võib ta täiesti ootamatult tugevasti hammustada või käpaga lüüa – sageli ilma selge hoiatuseta. See ei tähenda, et ta ei sooviks inimese lähedust, sest enamasti otsib ta kohe pärast seda taas pai ja kontakti. Tema puhul on oluline osata lugeda tema kehakeelt ning austada tema piire.
