The YOGI was found abandoned on the street. The people who rescued him kept him for a while, but they were out many hours a day and the dog would end up alone in the garden, getting bored, so he would jump the fences and gates and escape! The situation couldn't be maintained, so they brought the dog to our our shelter in 2013. Since then, the YOGI has lived with us at the Shelter and has never been adopted. The YOGI is very gentle and sociable with all the female dogs. With males, not so much. He needs a family with an active lifestyle despite his age. He no longer jumps around as much as before, but he can't be left in a yard with low fencing unsupervised. He is a well-behaved dog on leash walks. The YOGI will be delivered vaccinated, dewormed, neutered, and microchipped.

O Yogi foi encontrado abandonado na rua. As pessoas que o resgataram ainda ficaram com ele algum tempo, mas estavam fora muitas horas por dia e o cão acabava por ficar sozinho e aborrecia-se no jardim, então saltava os muros e portoes e fugia ! A situação não se podia manter, então entregaram o cão no nosso abrigo em 2013. Desde então, o Yogi vive connsoco no Cantinho e nunca foi adotado. O Yogi é muito meigo e sociável com todas as cadelas. Com machos nem tanto. Precisa de uma família com um estilo de vida activo apesar da idade dele. Já não salta como antes, mas não pode ser deixado num quintal com vedação baixa sem supervisão. É um cão obediente, que se porta lindamente nos passeios de trela. O Yogi será entregue vacinado, desparasitado, esterilizado e com microchip.
