Hlásení dobrovolnice Ruth 07/03/26: Je to moje první výlet s Benem. Setkal se s pěti psy a byl velmi dobrý. Některé psi štěkaly na něj přes plot, ale on zůstal klidný a neskočil ani nezaštěkal, znovu neskočil na žádné psy ve kbelících. Má potíže s břichem, možná jen stres GSD. Nechtěl se vrátit, začal se škrábat, když jsme se vraceli ke kbelíkům a nenáviděl vstup do svého vlastního kbelíku, myslím, že je zvyklý běhat volně. Přibližná hmotnost 04/03/26: 27 kg Hlásení dobrovolnice Raisie 19/03/26: Ben je laskavý, mírný a velmi přátelský pes. Nepřitahuje moc, jen trochu, když chytí zajímavou vůni, takže v obecném pořádku je lehké ho vést. Není moc velký pro kočičí psa a je docela klidný. Nevypadá, že reaguje na ostatní psy nebo kočky (ale není správně testován).

Volunteer report from Ruth 07/03/26: It’s my first time walking Ben. He met and was very good with 5 dogs. Some dogs were barking at him through the fence but he stayed calm and didn’t lunge or bark, again he didn’t lunge at any of the dogs inside the kennels. He has an upset tummy, maybe just GSD stress. He didn’t want to go back, he started to zig zag when we went back towards the kennels and hated going into his own kennel, I think he’s used to roaming free. Approx weight 04/03/26: 27kgs Volunteer report from Raisie 19/03/26: Ben is a cuddly, gentle and very friendly dog. He doesn't pull much, only a bit when he catches an interesting smell so in general he's easy to walk. He's not very big for being a shepherd and he's quite calm. He doesn't seem to react towards other dogs or cats (but he's not properly tested). Pawgress report from volunteer Liz, June 2026: "Beautiful Ben is the most adorable well behaved dog . Walks well on the lead so affectionate calm no interest in the cats good with the dogs we met . Just a friendly great dog even when I was pulling tufts of fur out of his coat every time he stopped to pee he never bothered. I can’t believe he’s still here "
