Relato de voluntária de Ruth 07/03/26: É a primeira vez que eu levo Ben para passear. Ele conheceu e se comportou muito bem com 5 cães. Alguns cães latiam para ele através da cerca, mas ele ficou calmo e não pulou nem latiu, novamente ele não pulou em nenhum dos cães dentro das gaiolas. Ele tem o estômago irritado, talvez seja apenas estresse de GSD. Ele não queria voltar, começou a fazer zigzag quando voltamos em direção às gaiolas e odeia entrar na própria gaiola, acho que ele está acostumado a andar livremente. Peso aproximado 04/03/26: 27kg. Relato de voluntária de Raisie 19/03/26: Ben é um cachorro fofo, gentil e muito amigável. Ele não puxa muito, apenas um pouco quando ele cheira algo interessante, então em geral ele é fácil de passear. Ele não é muito grande para ser um pastor e é bastante calmo. Ele não parece reagir aos outros cães ou gatos (mas ele não foi testado corretamente).

Volunteer report from Ruth 07/03/26: It’s my first time walking Ben. He met and was very good with 5 dogs. Some dogs were barking at him through the fence but he stayed calm and didn’t lunge or bark, again he didn’t lunge at any of the dogs inside the kennels. He has an upset tummy, maybe just GSD stress. He didn’t want to go back, he started to zig zag when we went back towards the kennels and hated going into his own kennel, I think he’s used to roaming free. Approx weight 04/03/26: 27kgs Volunteer report from Raisie 19/03/26: Ben is a cuddly, gentle and very friendly dog. He doesn't pull much, only a bit when he catches an interesting smell so in general he's easy to walk. He's not very big for being a shepherd and he's quite calm. He doesn't seem to react towards other dogs or cats (but he's not properly tested). Pawgress report from volunteer Liz, June 2026: "Beautiful Ben is the most adorable well behaved dog . Walks well on the lead so affectionate calm no interest in the cats good with the dogs we met . Just a friendly great dog even when I was pulling tufts of fur out of his coat every time he stopped to pee he never bothered. I can’t believe he’s still here "
