Profil psů z Toledo Rescue Mission: Hermés je jedním ze tří prvních psů zachráněných z perrery v nitroběží Španělska, která se zavírá a všech 80 psů, držených ve špatných podmínkách, musí být evakuováno. Je to krásný velký mastín mix s brindlovým srstí. Hermés měl předtím označení číslo 36, ale to už je za ním – je nyní členem rodiny Triple A Marbella a rychle se zotavuje z minulosti zanedbání a nemoci, postupně za ním nechává, ale stále – je ve chřišti a měl by být doma... Hermés žije spolu se dvěma velkými samičkami v chřišti a chová se s nimi velmi dobře, zejména když máme na paměti, že je mladší kluk a tyto dvě paní jsou v důchodovém věku – dává jim prostor, zachází s nimi jemně a respektuje jejich rychlost chůze, když jdou na šňůrce společně. Když vezmete například Hermése a Anandu na procházku, můžete je držet jednou rukou, jak hloubě a klidně oba chodí na šňůrce společně, je to krásné. V psové zahradě je docela nezávislý a rád se špehuje sám nebo s přáteli, a ještě není tak hledá lidskou komunikaci, což může být skvělé pro dům, kde má pes prostor a čas strávit sám nebo spolu s dalšími psy, kde lidská podpora není nutně k dispozici 24/7. Samozřejmě, jakmile bude mít svého lidského, ukáže více lásky a pozornosti ke svému lidí, jako ukazuje péči a dobrovolníkům, které zná. Ale není závislý nebo lepící se k lidské pozornosti všemi hodinami. U jednoho z očí má drobný červený bobek, který odstraníme, jakmile bude jeho fyzická zotavení z perrery v skvělém stavu, což už by mělo trvat jen krátkou dobu. Nejde o velké operace a bude úplně v pořádku krátce poté, jsme si jisti. Hermés hledá dům s trochu venkovním prostorem. Mohl by být jediným psem v domě, ale byl by také skvělý s dalšími důvěrnými, možná staršími samičkami (ještě jsme ho neprotestovali s mužskými, ale nestará se o jiné psy). Jeho ramenní výška je 73 cm. Protože je docela velký chlap a pokud by rozhodl dělat skoky, existuje dost velký pes, takže preferujeme dům bez malých dětí.

Hermés used to be called Nr. 36, but that is now all behind him - he is now a member of Triple A Marbella family, and on his quick way to recovery from the past of neglect and misery slowly staying behind him, but still - he is in a shelter, and he should be in a home.... Hermes lives together with 2 big female mastins in the shelter, and he is behaving very well with them, especially considering that he is a younger boy, and the two ladies are in their senior years - he gives them space, treats them softly and respects their walking speeds, when walking together on the leash. When you take for example Hermés and Ananda walking together, you can even hold them with one hand, that's how smoothly and calmly they are both walking on the leash together, it's lovely. In the dog park, he is quite independent and likes to go sniffing by himself or with his friends, and does not yet search so much human contact, which can be great for a home, where the dog is given space and time to spend on his own, or together with other dogs, where the human is not necessarily available 24/7. Of course, once he will have his own human, he shows more affection and attention to his human, like he shows to the caretakers and volunteers that he knows. But he is not clingy or dependent on the human's attention at all times. Hermes has a little red bump in one of his eyes, which we will be removing once his physical recovery from the perrera is in an excellent status, which should not take too long anymore. It is not a big surgery and he will be totally fine shortly after, we are sure. Hermés is looking for home with some outdoor space preferably. He could be an only dog of a home, but he would also be excellent together with other confident, perhaps older females (we have not yet tested him with males, but he is not making drama about other dogs). His shoulder height is 73cm. As he is quite a big boy and should he decide to jump up, there is quite a lot of dog, then preferably he would like a home without small children.
