Perfil de perros del Toledo Rescue Mission: Hermés es uno de los cinco primeros perros rescatados de una perrera en el interior de España, que está cerrando y todos sus 80 perros, mantenidos en condiciones terribles, tienen que ser evacuados. Es un hermoso gran Mastín Mix con un pelaje marrón. Hermés solía llamarse Número 36, pero eso ahora es todo historia - ahora es miembro de la familia Triple A Marbella, y en su camino rápido hacia la recuperación del pasado de negligencia y miseria, lentamente dejándolo atrás, pero aún así - está en un refugio, y debería estar en una casa.... Hermés vive junto con 2 grandes mastines hembra en el refugio, y se comporta muy bien con ellas, especialmente considerando que es un chico más joven, y las dos señoras están en sus años de adulto mayor - les da espacio, las trata suavemente y respeta sus velocidades al caminar, cuando caminan juntos con la correa. Cuando llevas por ejemplo a Hermés y Ananda a pasear juntos, incluso puedes sostenerlos con una mano, así de suave y calmado caminan juntos con la correa, es precioso. En el parque canino, es bastante independiente y le gusta olfatear solo o con sus amigos, y aún no busca tanto contacto humano, lo cual puede ser excelente para una casa donde al perro se le dé espacio y tiempo para estar solo o con otros perros, donde el humano no esté disponible 24/7. Por supuesto, una vez que tenga su propio humano, muestra más afecto y atención a su humano, como lo hace con los cuidadores y voluntarios que conoce. Pero no es pegajoso ni dependiente de la atención del humano en todo momento. Hermés tiene un pequeño bulto rojo en uno de sus ojos, que eliminaremos una vez que su recuperación física de la perrera esté en un excelente estado, lo cual ya no tomará mucho tiempo. No es una cirugía grande y estará totalmente bien poco después, estamos seguros. Hermés busca una casa con algo de espacio exterior preferiblemente. Podría ser el único perro de una casa, pero también sería excelente junto a otras perras seguras, quizás mayores (todavía no lo hemos probado con machos, pero no hace drama con otros perros). Su altura en los hombros es de 73 cm. Como es bastante un chico grande y si decide saltar, hay bastante perro, entonces preferiblemente buscaría una casa sin niños pequeños.

Hermes lives together with 2 big female mastins in the shelter, and he is behaving very well with them, especially considering that he is a younger boy, and the two ladies are in their senior years - he gives them space, treats them softly and respects their walking speeds, when walking together on the leash. When you take for example Hermés and Ananda walking together, you can even hold them with one hand, that's how smoothly and calmly they are both walking on the leash together, it's lovely. In the dog park, he is quite independent and likes to go sniffing by himself or with his friends, and does not yet search so much human contact, which can be great for a home, where the dog is given space and time to spend on his own, or together with other dogs, where the human is not necessarily available 24/7. Of course, once he will have his own human, he shows more affection and attention to his human, like he shows to the caretakers and volunteers that he knows. But he is not clingy or dependent on the human's attention at all times. Hermes has a little red bump in one of his eyes, which we will be removing once his physical recovery from the perrera is in an excellent status, which should not take too long anymore. It is not a big surgery and he will be totally fine shortly after, we are sure. Hermés is looking for home with some outdoor space preferably. He could be an only dog of a home, but he would also be excellent together with other confident, perhaps older females (we have not yet tested him with males, but he is not making drama about other dogs). His shoulder height is 73cm. As he is quite a big boy and should he decide to jump up, there is quite a lot of dog, then preferably he would like a home without small children.
