On July 21, 2020, a beautiful long-haired mother cat arrived at the shelter from Vanakubjal with two boys. The boys found new homes quickly, and she did not end up in a cage and was sterilized and returned to the temporary caretaker. In the fall of 2023, it was discovered that the caretakers were moving, and for Kirju's sake, it would be more suitable to live in a barn, not between the four sides of the city center. And with Kirju came… There were interested parties, but the families we considered suitable for Kirju ended up leaving for various reasons (expecting that a cat that has been in the woods cannot be placed in foster care conditions and that the owner of the woods might get sick)… The story of Kirju and the search for a couple's home is written here: Kirju's last call for a home was not successful. A letter arrived for her, and a interested family, with the help of a friend named Sally, offered a home to a friendly kitten. Also in the letter, there are three kittens named Bobik and two adult boys. 21.07.2020 jõudis Vanakubjalt turvakodusse kaunis pikakarvaline emane kass koos kahe pojaga.
