Nala ist ein liebenswerter, freundlicher 7-jähriger Deutscher Schäferhund, der sehr gerne menschliche Gesellschaft und Zuneigung hat und sich gerne Aufmerksamkeit holt und sich gut beruhigt, sobald er sich wohl fühlt. Er ist selbstsicher in alltäglichen Umgebungen wie vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge und hat große Fortschritte bei Autoreisen gemacht, jetzt problemlos auf den Rücksitz springend. Er genießt soziale Interaktion mit anderen Hunden, nachdem er eingeführt wurde, und würde von einem Zuhause profitieren, das positive Interaktionen weiter aufbauen kann. Nala sucht ein Zuhause mit Kindern im Alter von Sekundarstufe I und älter. Aufgrund von Leinenreaktivität suchen wir Adoptanten, die sich wohl fühlen, Nala beim Ausgehen an der Leine zu halten, und sie ist am besten geeignet, die einzige Hündin im Haushalt zu sein. Sie kann nicht mit Katzen leben; jedoch könnte Nala möglicherweise mit Kleintieren leben, wenn sie getrennt gehalten werden. Ein Zuhause mit Vorkenntnissen zur Rasse oder Adoptanten, die bereit sind, spezifische Rassenforschung durchzuführen, wäre großartig. Jede Abwesenheitszeit muss schrittweise aufgebaut werden, um Nala dabei zu helfen, sich bequem einzuleben.

Nala is a sweet, friendly 8 Year Old German Shepherd who really enjoys human company and affection, happily seeking out attention and settling well once comfortable. She is confident in everyday environments such as passing traffic and has made great progress with car travel, now hopping into the back seat with ease. She enjoys social interaction with other dogs once introduced and would benefit from a home who can continue to build positive interactions. We are sure that with time alongside plenty of adventures and fusses, Nala will grow to be a wonderful addition to a family lucky enough to have her! Nala is seeking a home with secondary school–aged children and above that are confident around bouncy large breeds. Despite having some friendly interactions, Nala can be reactive towards other dogs. She is looking for a family that are happy to keep her on lead when out and about, continuing her training with her social skills as she settles in. Nala would not be suitable to live with cats but could potentially live alongside small furries if they are kept separately from her. Nala would love for her new family to be around most of the time to begin with, building up her time spent alone slowly as she settles in.
