Lola arrived with us in poor condition, carrying all the signs of a dog who had spent much of her life living outside with very little comfort, companionship or care. Yet somehow, she has remained incredibly loving, trusting and kind. There isn’t a bad bone in this girl’s body. She adores people, loves other dogs, and has the most gentle, affectionate nature. She asks for so little, yet deserves so much more than life has given her so far. One of the greatest joys has been watching Lola discover just how wonderful life indoors can be. Warm beds, soft blankets, company, comfort and love — all the things that should have been hers from the very beginning. Now we’re looking for the next chapter in Lola’s story. No more chains.
