Miko ist ein 7-jähriger Border Collie, der ein ruhiges Zuhause für Erwachsene sucht. Dieser nette, aber ängstliche Junge benötigt erfahrene Besitzer, die sich mit Hunde-Körper-Sprache auskennen und eine handlungsorientierte Herangehensweise bevorzugen. Er benötigt Dauerbehandlung und trägt während Spaziergängen eine Maulschelle. Miko liebt Spielzeuge, ist stubenrein und kann alleine gelassen werden, wenn man arbeitet. Er braucht ruhige Spaziergebiete mit wenig Hunden/Verkehr und muss das einzige Haustier sein. Ideal für eine ruhige Familie, die Geduld und Verständnis für einen sanften Senior-Hund bereit hat.

Miko loves his food toy, which is really helping with his ongoing training such as learning to wear a muzzle when he's out and about on his walkies as he isn't a big fan of other dogs. He does also have some ongoing medical needs that our team here at the centre would be happy to discuss with his new family. This fun loving and gentle boy has some much love to give and is just waiting for patient adopters who can give him the retirement home he deserves! Beautiful Miko is 8 years old and on the search for his perfect peaceful home. As an older perfect, Miko prefers the quiet life and is ready to leave behind the hustle and bustle of his younger life. Miko needs an adult on home, he isn't quite as confident as he may seem and can get overwhelmed by meeting lots of new people. His new family will need to be patient and understanding, learning to read his body language when he's feeling worried. He's an independent lad and happy to entertain himself with his favourite toys. He will need to be the only pet in his forever home and would love walkies in quieter areas. Miko is housetrained and has been happy to spend time alone for a full working day.
