Derrière sa grande timidité se cache une petite minette sensible qui aura besoin de temps, de patience et de beaucoup de douceur pour révéler toute sa personnalité.Au refuge, Platine préfère rester cachée dans sa tour en compagnie d'autres chats. Très méfiante envers l'humain, elle est difficile à approcher et peut souffler lorsqu'elle se sent inquiète ou menacée. Un véritable travail de sociabilisation sera donc nécessaire pour l'aider à prendre confiance et à découvrir qu'une relation avec l'humain peut aussi être source de réconfort et de sécurité.Malgré ses craintes, Platine possède de belles qualités : elle est propre, supporte bien la solitude et s'entend avec les autres chats, dont la présence pourrait même l'aider à se sentir plus rassurée dans son futur foyer.Elle peut vivre aussi bien en appartement que dans une maison.
