Rumba is at the shelter following removal due to abuse. She lived with her mother Samba, chained in mud with only a plank for shelter and occasional bread as food. They arrived extremely thin and are slowly gaining weight at the shelter. Rumba is somewhat fearful but bonds with humans. A home in a calm environment would be most suitable for her.
