Rumba is at the shelter following removal due to abuse. She lived with her mother Samba, chained in mud with only a plank for shelter and occasional bread as food. They arrived extremely thin and are slowly gaining weight at the shelter. Rumba is somewhat fearful but bonds with humans. A home in a calm environment would be most suitable for her. She gets along with other dogs. Not yet tested with cats. Please complete the commitment and knowledge certificate before visiting her at the shelter.
