We are looking for a calm, experienced family with previous experience of shy or fearful dogs—people who have the patience, knowledge, and time to let Tyra grow at her own pace. For Tyra, every small step forward is a great achievement, and earning her trust requires consistency, understanding, and a gentle approach. She needs a family that can guide her through life and help her discover that the world is not something to fear, but a place full of wonderful experiences. Tyra dreams of long walks in peaceful surroundings, spending time exploring safely in a secure garden or exercise area, and ending each day resting comfortably close to her family. Tyra gets along well with other dogs and could happily live with a confident canine companion who can help her feel more secure. She could also thrive as an only dog, provided her need for stability, patience, and a safe environment is fully met.
