Η Άννα είναι μια πολύ τρυφερή Γκριφόν που αγαπά να είναι κοντά σας και η απαλή, πυκνή γούνα της την κάνει πολύ δύσκολο να την αντισταθείτε. Γνωρίζει ότι έχουμε συχνά λιχουδιές στις τσέπες και στις τσάντες μας και θα σκαρφαλώσει ύπουλα με το μακρύ της μουσούδι εκεί όταν νομίζετε ότι έρχεται για μια αγκαλιά! Η Άννα είναι πολύ ήρεμη στις βόλτες της αλλά μπορεί να είναι λίγο αβέβαιη όταν συναντά άλλες φυλές σκύλων, λόγω έλλειψης έκθεσης σε αυτές. Συνυπάρχει υπέροχα με τον συγκάτοικο της Φλιντ και συχνά είναι αγκαλιασμένη μαζί του, και θα μπορούσε να συνυπάρξει με έναν άλλο κατάλληλο Γκριφόν. Η Άννα λατρεύει να χαιρετά τους ανθρώπους και θα βάλει με χαρά τις πατούσες της στον ώμο σας για να είναι κοντά σας! Είναι πιθανό η Άννα να μην έχει ζήσει ποτέ σε σπίτι πριν, οπότε παρακαλούμε να είστε υπομονετικοί με την εκπαίδευση του σπιτιού της και να συνηθίσει να περνά χρόνο μόνη. Οι Γκριφόν συχνά μαθαίνουν πολύ γρήγορα την τουαλέτα και συνήθως κοιμούνται όταν είναι μόνοι. Η Άννα μπορεί να συνυπάρξει με άλλους Γκριφόν και παιδιά μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας του δημοτικού. Είναι πρώην σκύλος αγώνων και δεν έχουμε καμία πραγματική ιστορία για αυτήν, και είναι απίθανο να συνηθίσει να ζει σε σπίτι.

Sweet Anna is incredibly affectionate and loves to snuggle in close to you, though it's often a sneaky mission to see what's in your pockets and treat bag! She's been with us a little while whilst we get on top of her poorly eye, but now she's ready to look for her forever home again. She has previously shared her kennel with another Grey without issue, but she was rather intense with her toys, so we had to remove them to prevent any squabbles. Her friend has been in our care before and it's been wonderful to see Anna embrace playtime again, showing us that she would be much happier as the only dog at home so that she can play without upsetting anyone. Anna still enjoys walking with other dogs, especially other Greyhounds, so pals should certainly be encouraged once home. She really is the loveliest dog and deserves her own family after such a long wait. Greyhounds are notoriously fantastic company, and Anna is no exception. Anna can live with high school age children but no other pets, although she will walk with other large dogs. She has never lived in a home before so is unlikely to be house trained, but Greyhounds do pick it up quickly. We would advise that Anna have someone home with her most of the time whilst she gets used to family life. Anna has some issues with dry eye that require regular topical medication, and also some spinal pain that requires daily relief. If the cost of medication would be a barrier to you adopting Anna, we would still encourage you to apply and we can talk through options.
