Urgent heart adoption for Betsy. Don't be fooled by appearances. That "tough" look due to her ears being cut by some criminals can be misleading. Betsy is a pitbull mix with a calm and gentle temperament, medium size, born in 2016 and confined in a dog shelter since 2019 due to abandonment. Her protruding mammary glands and cut ears reveal a past filled with exploitation and abuse, but this has not affected her gentleness and trust in humans. In the dog shelter she shares her box with male dogs. The stress of forced confinement causes her to often suffer from dermatitis and sores on her body, her short coat suffers greatly from the cold in winter and the heat in summer. Betsy tested positive for leishmaniasis, a serious disease that can and must be addressed without fear, only with care and dedication. We are available to provide all the information and to offer assistance on this aspect to anyone who decides to perform this beautiful act of allowing us to take her out of the cage of the dog shelter.

Adozione del cuore urgente per Betsy Le apparenze ingannano. Quell’aspetto da “bulla” dovuto alle orecchie tagliate da qualche delinquente possono trarre in inganno. Betsy è un derivato pitbull dal carattere tranquillo e docile, taglia media, nata nel 2016 e dal 2019 è reclusa in canile in seguito ad abbandono. Le mammelle sporgenti, le orecchie tagliate rivelano un passato fatto di sfruttamento e soprusi ma che non hanno compromesso la sua docilità e fiducia nell’essere umano. In canile divide il box con cani maschi. Lo stress della detenzione forzata la porta a riempirsi spesso di dermatite e piaghe sul corpo, il pelo raso a soffrire moltissimo il freddo d’inverno ed il caldo d’estate. Betsy è risultata positiva alla leishmania, malattia seria ma che può e deve essere affrontata senza timore, soltanto con cura e dedizione. Noi siamo disponibili a fornire tutte le informazioni e a dare assistenza anche su questo aspetto a chi deciderà di compiere il bellissimo gesto di permetterci di tirarla fuori dalla gabbia del canile.
