Πιππα είναι ένας μικρός σκύλος τύπου χιβούτι από δύο φυλές ηλικίας περίπου πέντε χρόνων. Η Πιππα ήρθε στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο από τη Ρουμανία ως κουτάβι από έναν ιδιώτη υιοθετητή που στη συνέχεια δεν μπόρεσε να τη φροντίσει, οπότε τον ζητήσαμε να βοηθήσουμε. Επαναπατρίστηκε και υιοθετήθηκε το 2020, αλλά πρόσφατα επιστράφηκε στη φροντίδα μας λόγω διαζύγιου και οι δύο πλευρές δεν μπόρεσαν να την πάρουν. Η Πιππα έχει συμπεριφορά και εμφάνιση πολύ παρόμοια με το χιβούτι. Είναι λίγο ανησυχητική και τεντωμένη απέναντι σε νέα άτομα, αλλά πολύ αγαπητή στην οικογένειά της. Σε σκυλιά έχει πολύ δραστηριότητα αλλά είναι λίγο ηγεμόνας με μικρότερα σκυλιά, οπότε θα ήθελε μια οικογένεια με ένα σκύλο ίδιου μεγέθους ή μεγαλύτερο. Η Πιππα αγαπά τα παιδιά αλλά λόγω της άγχος της θα ήταν καλύτερα να μην ζει συνεχώς με αυτά. Επισκέψεις παιδιών θα ήταν καλό. Η Πιππα αγαπά τις βόλτες της και τη διασκέδαση. Η Πιππα έφερε το Νόριτς Νορφόλκ. Αν ενδιαφέρεστε παρακαλώ στείλτε μήνυμα ή καλέστε μεταξύ 9:00-17:00 Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή ή 9:00-16:00 Σάββατο. Τα Χρήματα Αδελφοτροφίας Από 1 Δεκεμβρίου 2025 είναι Κουτιά ήδη ορχισμένα και όλα τα ενήλικα σκυλιά: 430 λίρες. Μη ορχισμένα κουτιά με συμφωνίες για ορχισμό: 530 λίρες (Θα λάβετε ένα έκπτωση 100 λίρες όταν στείλετε την απόδειξη ορχισμού). Γήρατα σκυλιά (10+ χρόνια): 150-250 λίρες (ανάλογα με την ηλικία και τις ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες). Πολιτική Υιοθεσίας Όταν υιοθετήσετε ένα σκύλο από τη Safe Rescue, ΠΡΕΠΕΙ να χρησιμοποιήσετε ένα δερμάτινο ζώνη. Αυτό θα κρατήσει το σκυλί σας ασφαλές: το νέο σας σκυλί θα είναι ιδιαίτερα έντονο και δεν θα πιστεύει σας, και δεν θα γνωρίζετε ποιες καταστάσεις μπορεί να ενοχλήσει το σκυλί σας. Αν το σκυλί σας πανικοβληθεί, τότε το δερμάτινο ζώνη είναι η μόνη κατάλληλη λύση για να αποτρέψετε το σκυλί από την έξοδο (πολλά σκυλιά μπορούν να διαφύγουν από ένα περιβραχιόνιο και / ή ένα ζευγάρι). Θα χρειαστούν ΑΝΑΛΥΤΙΚΑ 3-6 μήνες για να αποκατασταθεί το σκυλί σας και για να γνωρίσετε το σκυλί σας πλήρως (περισσότερο για τα άγχος σκυλιά). Το δερμάτινο ζώνη θα πρέπει ΠΟΤΕ να χρησιμοποιηθεί κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της περιόδου οικοδομής. Pippa is a small to medium sized collie / spaniel type crossbreed. She is around three years old. Afraid of the safe rescue cat. Could live with calm and placid dogs but would also love to be the only dog in the home. Adult only home required. Pippa was found by the side of a road in Romania. She was all alone and covered in ticks. She was rescued and taken to a safe shelter and is now here in the UK looking for a new home. Pippa is a very submissive girl and gives indication that she may have been beaten in her previous life. She is afraid of the safe rescue cat and won’t even look at him. She mixes well with calm and placid dogs but would also love to be the only dog in the home. She would like a quiet and peaceful home where she can fully relax at last. Senior dogs (10+ years): £150–£250 (depending on age and individual needs). Adoption Terms & Conditions When you adopt a Safe Rescue dog, you MUST use a slip lead. This will keep your dog safe: your new dog will be nervous and will not trust you, and you will not know which situations might upset your dog. If your dog panics, then a slip lead is the only way to prevent your dog from escaping (many dogs can escape from a collar and/or harness). It will take AT LEAST 3-6 months for your dog to settle-in and for you to know your dog fully (longer for nervous dogs). The slip lead must ALWAYS be used during this settling-in period. Even after your dog is settled, it is safest to use the slip lead in situations where your dog may become scared (e.g. visiting new places, around unfamiliar people, at the vet), and it situations where unexpected triggers might happen (e.g. around bonfire night). Nervous dogs may always need to wear a slip-lead as a back-up safety measure. The slip lead is a safety device and must NEVER be used as a training tool. Using the lead to apply pressure to the dog’s neck is damaging. If your dog pulls on the lead, then we can advise you on training methods that avoid harm. Once your dog is settled, you may want to consider using a harness (together with the slip lead) if your dog is comfortable with being handled when it is fitted. Most harnesses are not escape-proof, but harnesses with a strap behind the ribcage (e.g. Ruffwear Webmaster or Perfect Fit Harnesses) are safer. Retractable / extendable leads must never be used on our dogs. Adopted dogs must be collected from the rescue and transported straight home in a secure metal crate.
