Adoptar a Max

Lamentablemente Max regresó a LL cuando la salud de su dueño se fue deteriorando y no pudo cuidar más de Max. Max tiene ahora 7 años y se nos dijo que estaba muy ansioso por estar solo y reacciona hacia las personas y otros perros ya que no había salido a pasear durante un tiempo. Tampoco es muy limpio en casa y eso es difícil de abordar mientras está en jaula. Siento que aún es bastante un "trabajo en progreso" y necesitaría estar en un hogar donde raramente lo dejaran, preferiblemente con una perra estable para acompañarlo y donde no necesitara hacer "paseos ocupados" donde se encontrara con muchas personas extrañas. Se dice que es bastante vocal si queda solo. Max NO es amigable con gatos (ni con animales pequeños peludos) y no me sentiría cómodo colocarlo con niños pequeños ya que siento que los niños lo asustan fácilmente. Podría necesitar un bozal en los paseos si fuera a toparse con extraños. Max está castrado pero sus vacunas se han vencido y necesitamos reiniciarlas. Se nos dijo originalmente que era un whippet x Patterdale, pero es bastante grande para esa mezcla (aproximadamente 23/24 pulgadas de altura). Sadly Max came back to LL as his owner's health declined and he couldn't look after Max any more Max is now 7 years old and we were told he was very anxious to be left and reactive towards people and other dogs as he'd not been out on walks for a while. He's not very clean in the house either now and that's difficult to address whilst he's in kennels. I feel he's still very much a "work in progress" though and would need to be in a home where he'd rarely be left, preferably with a steady bitch to keep him company and where he wouldn't need to go on "busy" walks where he'd be faced with lots of strange people. He's allegedly quite vocal if left alone Max is NOT cat (or small furry) friendly and I wouldn't be comfortable placing him with young children as I feel they cope spook him easily. He might need to be muzzled on walks if he was going to bump into any strangers. Max is neutered but his vaccinations have lapsed and we need to re-start them. We were told originally that he was a whippet x Patterdale, but he is fairly big for that cross ( about 23/24 ins tts).
