Pirata llegó a nosotros desde el refugio Los Barrios mientras tenían inundaciones por las terribles lluvias, y primero no estaba seguro de lo que estaba pasando pero luego vio nuestros parques para perros verdes y su cara se iluminó con una gran sonrisa solar. Pirata ama la compañía de las personas, y siempre tiene una sonrisa de oreja a oreja en su cara cuando un voluntario se acerca a su jaula y es hora de dar un paseo. Pirata es un bebé enorme y créanlo o no, le encanta sentarse en su regazo. Cuando es hora de su sesión de fisioterapia, aprovecha y se mete en el regazo del asistente de fisioterapia. Pirata también ama los sofás, snacks y correr en hierba alta. Amamos su gran cara de panqueque y su trasero movido y sus grandes ojos de cachorro cuando es hora de suplicar por snacks. Es un poco mordaz, así que no metas tus dedos en su cara sin prestar atención o podría terminar usando tu dedo como palillo para dientes. Aunque es un gran amor, nuestro Baby Buttercup, estamos buscando un hogar para Pirata sin niños pequeños, por la seguridad de Pirata y de los niños, debido a su boca grande. Pasear con él es una experiencia ZEN, permanece tranquilo incluso cuando otros perros gruñen. Pirata no busca problemas. Pasa otros perros y humanos con calma en los paseos, tanto alrededor del refugio como en espacios públicos, y solo reprende a un perro que no respete su espacio personal y límites. Pirata camina muy bien con la correa y no molesta a nadie, a las personas que conoce en los paseos, simplemente camina tranquilamente y eso es genial, ya que si fuera un gran "perro hola" podría asustar a algunas personas con su tamaño, pero simplemente se relaja y sigue oliendo y caminando. Pirata tiene displasia de caderas y artrosis en las rodillas, pero eso no lo detiene en absoluto de hacer largos paseos y correr en el parque. Su cuerpo responde muy, muy bien a la fisioterapia, aceite de CBD y un buen plan de ejercicio, y está volviéndose más y más fluido y móvil. Pirata recibe felizmente sus gotas de CBD y vitaminas y hasta abre su boca para ellas. Este gran chico busca un hogar preferiblemente como único perro, preferiblemente con un dueño experimentado, quien también busque cuidarlo físicamente y continuar con las sesiones de fisioterapia de Pirata que lo ayudan a vivir una vida activa y alegre. La altura del hombro de Pirata es aproximadamente 65 cm y pesa unos 35 kg.

Pirata came to us from Los Barrios shelter while they had flooding from the terrible rains, and first he was not sure what is happening but then he saw our green doggie parks and hit face lit up with a big sunny smile! Pirata loves the company of people, and always have a smile from ear to ear on his face when a volunteer approaches his kennel and it is time to go for a walk! Pirata is a huge baby and believe it or not, he loves to sit on your lap! When it is time for his physiotherapy session, he takes advantage and crawls into the lap of the physiotherapy assistant. Pirata also loves sofas, snacks and running in high grass. We love his big pancake face and his wiggly butt and his big puppy eyes when it’s time to beg for snacks! He is a little mouthy, so don’t stick your fingers in his face without paying attention or he might end up using your finger as a tootpick! Even though he is big lovebug, our Baby Buttercup, we are looking for a home for Pirata without small children, for the safety of Pirata and of children, due to his big mouth! Walking with him is a ZEN experience, he remains calm even when other dogs are growling at him. Pirata is not looking for trouble. He passes other dogs and humans calmly on walks, both around the shelter and also in public spaces, and only tells off a dog who is not respecting his personal space and boundaries. Pirata walks excellently on the leash, and does not bother any strangers, people he meets on the walks, he just calmly keeps walking and thats great, as if he would be a big "hello dog" then he might scare some people with his size, but he just chilled-out keeps sniffing and walking. Pirata has hips displasia and arthrosis in the knees, but that does not stop him at all from going for long walks and running in the park! His body is responding very very well to physiotherapy, CBD oils and good exercise plan, and he is becoming more and more fluid and mobile! Pirata happily receives his CBD and Vitamins drops and even opens his mouth for them. This big boy is looking for a home preferably as an only dog dog, preferably with an experienced owner, who is also looking to take care of him physically and continue with providing Pirata with his physiotherapy sessions that are helping him to live an active and cheerful life! Pirata’s shoulder height is approximately 65cm and he is around 35kg.
