Syitä, miksi rakastamme tätä koiraa... Hän on erittäin hellyyttävä. Toinen koira seuraksi. Suosikkijuttuni ovat: Ihmiset ja muut koirat. Suloinen, rakastava ja herkkä. Voi asua lasten kanssa 6 vuotta+ . Tulee asumaan toisen koiran kanssa. Jos otat Fernin (tai jonkun muun koiramme) kotiin, sinulla on oikeus saada ILMAISTA käyttäytymisohjausta pätevältä käyttäytymisterapeuttiemme tiimiltä kaikissa mahdollisissa asioissa, joissa tarvitset apua hänen elinaikanaan. Fern on noin 8–9 kuukauden ikäinen pieni-keskikokoinen lurcher-tyttö, joka etsii ikiomaan kotia vaikean alun jälkeen. Fern on suloinen, hellyyttävä koira, joka viihtyy ihmisten seurassa. Hän on myös suuri muiden koirien ystävä ja nauttii uusien ystävien tekemisestä! Hän asuu tällä hetkellä kodissa, jossa on toinen koira, jonka kanssa hän tulee loistavasti toimeen; hän tarvitsee uudessa kodissaan toisen koiran seuraksi, sillä hänellä on vaikeuksia jättää yksin ilman koiraseuraa. Fern tykkää leikkiä ronskisti ja rakastaa myös käpertyä muiden koirien kanssa nukkumaan, joten kaikilla asuvilla koirilla tulee olla hyväksyntä tähän! Fern on viettänyt aikaa lapsien kanssa 6 vuotta+ ja on käyttäytynyt heidän kanssaan erittäin hyvin, mutta hän on reipas tyttö ja olisi liian paljon pienten lasten kannalta. Hän kävelee hyvin taluttimella ja muistaa hyvin kutsun ulkopuolella turvallisilla alueilla – kunhan ei ole pupuja tai oravia lähellä, sillä hänellä on erittäin korkea saalisvimma! Nuorena koirana Fernillä on runsaasti energiaa ja hän sopisi melko aktiiviseen perheeseen. Tulee asumaan toisen koiran kanssa. Voi asua järkevien 6 vuotta+ lapsien kanssa, jotka ovat tottuneet koiriin, tutustumiset huomioiden. Ei voi asua kissojen tai pienten karvapallojen kanssa. Tarvitsee kunnollisen kokoinen, turvallinen puutarha, jossa voi juosta ja leikkiä turvallisesti. Voidaan jättää yksin lyhyeksi ajaksi toisen koiran seurassa. Tarvitsee reilusti liikuntaa ja runsaasti huomiota.

Fern is a small-medium sized lurcher girl of around 8-9 months old, looking for her forever home after a difficult start in life. Fern is a sweet, affectionate dog who thrives on human company. She's also a big fan of other dogs, and enjoys making new friends! She is currently staying in a home with another dog, who she gets along brilliantly with; she will need to live with another dog in her new home, as she struggles with being left alone without canine company. Fern does like to play rough, and also loves to cuddle up with other dogs to sleep, so any resident dogs must be comfortable with this! Fern has been spending time with children from age 6+ and has been very good with them, but she is a bouncy girl and would be too much for very small kids. She walks well on the lead and has good recall off-lead in safe areas – as long as there are no rabbits or squirrels about, since she has a very high prey drive! Being a young dog, Fern has plenty of energy and would suit a fairly active family. Must live with another dog. Can live with sensible children 6+ who are used to dogs, pending introductions. Cannot live with cats or small furries. Needs a decent-sized, secure garden to run and play safely. Can be left alone for short periods with the company of another dog. Needs a decent amount of exercise and plenty of attention.
