Poppy on 8-vuotias Beagle, joka tuli alun perin huoleemme työajankäytännön muutoksen vuoksi, jolloin hän oli uhalla jäädyttävä pitkään yksin. Tämä ei ole jotain mitä hän tykkää, joten hän toivoisi uuden perheen olevan läsnä aina, ainakin aluksi. Aika yksinäisyyteen voidaan sitten vähitellen esittelemään, jotta hän voi nähdä sen tulevaisuudessa enemmän positiivisena. Onneksi hänellä on todella hyvä historia autokäynnistä, joten hän voi liittyä perheeseen ulkoille. Poppy yrittää pitää kylpylänsä puhtaana täällä ja housetrainediä kotona. Lyhyellä kertauksella ja pääsyllä omalle puutarhalle hän voisi oppia sen taas ilman ongelmia! Poppy on kaunis tyttö, joka etsii uutta kotia. Hän on ollut hyvä tapaamassa ihmisiä täällä ja hän luo toivottavasti hieman huomiota. Valitettavasti hänen historiansa vuoksi Poppy tarvitsee aikuiset vain asuvan kotimaisen. Hän toivoisi perhettä, joka pystyy antamaan aikaa vähitellen rakentamaan hänen koirasosiaalisia taitojaan ja joka tarvitsee olla ainoa koira kotona. Poppylla on joitain jatkuvia terveysongelmia, jotka vaativat erityinen ruokavalio, josta keskustellaan mahdollisten adoptointien kanssa.

Poppy is an 8yr old Beagle who originally came into our care due to a change in working hours that meant she was being faced with the prospect of being left for long hours. This isn’t something she enjoys so she’d love her new family to be around all the time, at least to begin with. Time left alone can then be gradually introduced so she can see it as a more positive thing in future. Fortunately she’s got a really good history of car travel so can join her family out and about instead. Poppy keeps her kennel clean here and was housetrained in the previous home. With a quick refresher and access to her own garden she should pick it up again no problems! Poppy is a super sweet girl, shes driven by her amazing nose and will easily sniff out any hidden treats, she loves nothing more than to snuggle up with her favourite people, play with her toys and go out for a nice walk through the woods/or long grass so she can have a good old sniff about. If you are looking for a walking buddy, an expert treat inspector and a Sunday snoozing partner then Poppy might just be the one for you! Poppy is a sweet girl who is on the search for a new home. She is great when meeting people here and likes a bit of fuss. Due to a history of guarding stolen items, Poppy needs an adult-only home to help with management of this. She has been taught different techniques while in centre and is now ready to transfer these into a new home.
