Ο Ποπι είναι μια 8χρονη Μπέιγκλ που έφτασε αρχικά στη φροντίδα μας λόγω αλλαγής στις ώρες εργασίας που έβλεπε την προοπτική να μείνει για μακριές ώρες. Αυτό δεν την αρέσει, οπότε θα ήθελε τη νέα της οικογένεια να είναι πάντοτε κοντά, τουλάχιστον στην αρχή. Το χρόνο που θα μείνει μόνη μπορεί στη συνέχεια να εισαχθεί σταδιακά ώστε να το θεωρήσει ένα πιο θετικό πράγμα στο μέ будο. Ευτυχώς έχει πολύ καλή ιστορία με τα ταξίδια με αυτοκίνητο, οπότε μπορεί να συμμετάσχει στις δραστηριότητες της οικογένειάς της. Η Ποπι προσπαθεί να κρατεί το κελί της καθαρό και ήταν κατευθυντήριος στο σπίτι. Με μια γρήγορη αναπλήρωση και πρόσβαση στον ίδιο της τον κήπο θα το ξαναμάθει κανονικά! Η Ποπι είναι μια ωραία κορίτσι που αναζητεί ένα νέο σπίτι. Έχει είναι καλά γνωρίζοντας ανθρώπους εδώ και αγαπά αλλά λίγο φιλί. Δυστυχώς, λόγω ιστορίας σχετικά με την άμυνα αντικειμένων, η Ποπι χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι μόνο για ενήλικες. Θα αγαπούσε μια οικογένεια που θα έχει χρόνο να κατασκευάσει σταδιακά τις κατοικιδικές της ικανότητες και θα χρειαστεί να είναι το μόνο κατοικίδιο στο σπίτι. Η Ποπι έχει ορισμένες ιατρικές ανάγκες που απαιτούν να τρώει ένα ειδικό διαιτητικό πρόγραμμα, αυτό θα συζητηθεί με οποιοδήποτε δυνητικό αποδέκτη.

Poppy is an 8yr old Beagle who originally came into our care due to a change in working hours that meant she was being faced with the prospect of being left for long hours. This isn’t something she enjoys so she’d love her new family to be around all the time, at least to begin with. Time left alone can then be gradually introduced so she can see it as a more positive thing in future. Fortunately she’s got a really good history of car travel so can join her family out and about instead. Poppy keeps her kennel clean here and was housetrained in the previous home. With a quick refresher and access to her own garden she should pick it up again no problems! Poppy is a super sweet girl, shes driven by her amazing nose and will easily sniff out any hidden treats, she loves nothing more than to snuggle up with her favourite people, play with her toys and go out for a nice walk through the woods/or long grass so she can have a good old sniff about. Poppy is now ready to relax in a new home. If you are looking for a walking buddy, an expert treat inspector and a Sunday snoozing partner then Poppy might just be the one for you! Poppy is a sweet girl who is on the search for a new home. She is great when meeting people here and likes a bit of fuss. Due to a history of guarding stolen items Poppy needs an adult-only home or sensitble older teenagers (16+), to help with management of this - she has been taught different techniques while in centre and is now ready to tranfer these into a new home. Poppy has a condition that does require her to be on a special diet to manage and this will be discussed with any potential adopters.
