Tout le monde, connaissez Nyoka - notre magnifique couleuvre à pattes de 10 ans. Nyoka a été réadoptée par nous il y a environ six ans en tant qu'adulte jeune. Malheureusement, son maître bien-aimé est décédé récemment, et elle est maintenant de retour dans notre garde. Après avoir subi une telle perte, elle a besoin d'un nouvel environnement calme et confiant où elle pourra s'installer à nouveau et se sentir en sécurité. Nyoka mange merveilleusement bien et vient tout juste de muer - elle a nettement grandi depuis son retour, paraissant plus forte et plus en bonne santé chaque jour. Elle n'est pas encore habituée à être manipulée ; bien que son ancien propriétaire la manipulait régulièrement au début, elle n'a pas eu de manipulation régulière depuis un certain temps. Avec un éleveur patient et expérimenté, elle a absolument le potentiel de redevenir à l'aise avec cela. C'est une jeune femme douce qui a simplement besoin de quelqu'un de confiant avec les serpents, quelqu'un qui comprend leur sensibilité et peut lui offrir la routine calme et stable qu'elle mérite. Nyoka est prête pour son nouveau chapitre - une maison sûre et compréhensive où elle pourra vivre en paix.

Everyone meet Nyoka — our beautiful 10-year-old Corn Snake. Nyoka was originally rehomed from us around six years ago as a young adult. Sadly, her beloved owner recently passed away, and she has now found herself back in our care. After experiencing such a loss, she needs a calm, confident new home where she can settle again and feel secure. Nyoka is feeding brilliantly and has just come through a shed — she’s grown noticeably since returning, looking stronger and healthier each day. She isn’t used to being handled at the moment; although her owner did handle her regularly at the beginning she hasn’t had consistent handling in quite some time. With a patient and experienced keeper, she absolutely has the potential to become comfortable with it again. She’s a sweet-natured girl who simply needs someone confident with snakes, someone who understands their sensitivity and can give her the calm, steady routine she deserves. Nyoka is ready for her new chapter — a safe, understanding home where she can continue to thrive. 🐍💛
