For Autumn, this caution makes perfect sense. She is visually impaired, which means the world can feel like a much bigger and scarier place, especially when everything around her is new and unfamiliar. New sounds, smells and spaces can take a little time to navigate, and she needs patient people who understand that confidence cannot be rushed. The wonderful news is that once Autumn has had the opportunity to settle and feel safe, her true personality shines through. Beneath that initial shyness is an incredibly affectionate girl who absolutely adores a fuss. Given the chance, she’ll happily soak up all the love and attention you can offer, rewarding your patience with plenty of gentle companionship. Autumn is looking for a quiet indoor-only home with no children and no other pets.
