Albert is a sweetheart, who can be a bit spooked by sudden movements and noises so would prefer a quieter home environment. He can be a bit wary of males, so will need a bit of support with his confidence in his new home. Albert would prefer for his new family to be home with him for the majority of the time at first, as he doesn't love being left alone. Once comfortable with his people, he is an angel and adores a cuddle. He loves to play with toys, though has shown some low level guarding around this and high value treats, so would need management of this in the home and a solid 'drop & swap' to ensure he isn't challenged for any resources in the home. Albert is a wonderful young chap with so much potential, and we know he'll make his new family very happy. Meet Albert, a beautiful 2 -year old Labrador looking for his forever home! Albert is a lovely boy, who absolutely loves attention! He is very playful, active and eager to have treats. He can be a bit worried meeting new people initially, so would prefer to live with sensible secondary school aged children and over. Albert does need a bit of work on his social skills, so would prefer to be the only dog in the home, but is happy to make friendly female friends out and about. Albert prefers walks in quieter areas as he can be a bit reactive to other males. Albert will need a bit of confidence building in some areas, but will be a wonderfully affectionate boy to his family. He is fully house-trained, and loves a good bit of cheese or pate when he's being a good boy. This will also be a great aid in any training! Albert is good on lead, though can pull when excited and would love an active family that can take him on fun adventures. Albert loves to play fetch with his toys and has a real love of tennis balls. We can't wait to see this handsome chappy living it up in his forever home!
