Anaïs è una piccola dea in un corpo di cane e che corpo perfetto: morbido, tondo e irresistibilmente scaltro. Quando è felice, non si limita a muovere la coda, ma tutto il suo corpo partecipa, con un charme giocoso e un tocco di sfida. Fa quei movimenti adorabili e agitati, accompagnati da un sorriso corrispondente, ma anche con un accenno di sospetto nei suoi occhi, come a dire: "Non sono sicura ancora se meriti di vedere la mia parte gioiosa... ma va bene, ti darò un piccolo assaggio. Ma non rilassarti troppo, potrei cominciare a farmi desiderare una volta che ti sei abituato." È con noi nel rifugio da molto tempo ormai, e anche se altri cani con molte più peculiarità complicate sono stati adottati da molto tempo, la nostra ragazza è in qualche modo stata trascurata. Onestamente, non riusciamo a capire come. Anaïs è un tipo speciale di cane. Quando impara a conoscerti, ti adora davvero, e lo mostra. Quando non ti conosce ancora, gioca un po' a fare la difficile all'inizio, ma comunque collaborerà, perché in fondo sa che tu soddisferai i suoi bisogni, come portarla a spasso. Durante le passeggiate, continua a voltarsi per guardarti, come se stesse verificando se sta facendo tutto bene. E quando le offri una parola gentile, si illumina, guadagnando fiducia e proseguendo con entusiasmo. Quando incontri questa personalità unica di persona, con quel sorriso unico nel suo genere, dovrai essere un po' paziente all'inizio e darle lo spazio e il tempo che lei necessita. Potrebbe volerci un po' per aprirsi, ma quando lo farà, condividerai qualcosa veramente speciale, un legame pieno di momenti giocosi e tanto amore.

Anaïs is a shy little goddess in a dog’s body, and what a perfectly fitting body it is: fluffy, round, and irresistibly cheeky. When she’s happy, she doesn’t just wag her tail, her whole body joins in, moving with a playful charm and a touch of sass. She does those adorable wiggly moves, paired with a matching smile, but also with a hint of suspicion in her eyes, as if to say: “I’m not sure yet if you deserve to see my joyful side… but alright, I’ll give you a little taste. Just don’t get too comfortable, I might start playing hard to get once you relax.” She has been with us at the shelter for quite some time now, and even though other dogs with far more complex quirks have long been adopted, our girl has somehow been overlooked. And honestly, we can’t understand how. Anaïs is a special kind of dog. When she gets to know you, she truly adores you, and it shows. When she doesn’t know you yet, she plays a little hard to get at first, but she will still cooperate, because deep down she knows you’ll meet her needs, like taking her out for a walk. During walks, she keeps turning back to look at you, as if checking whether she’s doing everything right. And when you offer her a kind word, she lights up, gaining confidence and continuing with excitement. When you meet this unique personality in person, with that one of a kind smile, you’ll need to be a little patient at first and give her the space and time she needs. It may take her a while to open up, but when she does, you’ll share something truly special, a bond filled with playful little moments and so much love.
