Hello everyone! May I introduce myself? I am Bailey, a young, enthusiastic American Bully XL girl, just under one and a half years old. Due to a sudden and significant change in my previous owner's situation, unfortunately, it was no longer possible to provide for me, and I had to be given up. I have probably not yet learned what real walking is in my young life. My new owner must therefore take into account that we need to gradually improve my condition and muscle building. But hey, as the saying goes, 'exercise binds the heart,' right? Sniffing in the woods & making new friendsWhat truly delights you, is a walk in the woods! I love discovering the world, thoroughly sniffing, and sticking my nose into everything. Everything is new and super exciting for me. Other dogs we encounter outside are still a bit strange to me; I simply don't know them well. I don't attack them, but I don't know how to handle them and would like to observe them from a distance. Given my young age and size, I really need the right guidance and supervision from a calm individual. Hoi allemaal! Mag ik me even voorstellen? Ik ben Bailey, een jonge, enthousiaste American Bully XL dame van nog geen anderhalf jaar oud. Door een plotselinge en ingrijpende verandering in de situatie van mijn vorige eigenaar kon er helaas niet meer voor mij gezorgd worden, en is er afstand van mij gedaan. Omdat deze breuk heel onverwacht kwam, weten de verzorgers in het dierentehuis helaas niet zo heel veel over mijn verleden. Zij proberen op dit moment nog meer informatie te achterhalen. Wat ze wél weten? Dat ik een ontzettende lieverd ben met een hart van goud, die klaar is voor een frisse, nieuwe start!Puberstreken en spierballen kwekenOmdat ik nog zo jong ben, zit ik nog midden in mijn puberteit. Dat betekent dat ik soms nog lekker onbezonnen en lekker speels kan zijn. Ik ben dol op speelgoed en kan me daar heerlijk mee vermaken.Wat wel belangrijk is om te weten, is dat mijn conditie momenteel niet zo best is. Ik heb in mijn jonge leventje waarschijnlijk nog niet geleerd wat écht wandelen is. Mijn nieuwe baasje moet er dus rekening mee houden dat we mijn conditie en spieropbouw rustig, stapje voor stapje, moeten gaan trainen. Maar hey, samen sporten verbroedert, toch?Snuffelen in het bos & nieuwe vrienden makenWaar je mij écht enorm blij mee maakt? Een wandeling in het bos! Ik vind het heerlijk om de wereld te ontdekken, uitgebreid te snuffelen en overal mijn neus in te steken. Alles is nieuw en reuzespannend voor mij.Andere honden die we buiten tegenkomen vind ik nog een beetje vreemd; ik ken ze simpelweg nog niet zo goed. Ik val niet naar ze uit, maar ik weet gewoon niet zo goed wat ik met ze aan moet en wil ze graag rustig op een afstandje bekijken. Gezien mijn jonge leeftijd en mijn formaat heb ik hierin wel echt de juiste sturing en begeleiding van een rustig iemand nodig.Groot lichaam, nóg groter knuffelgehalteNaast al dat ontdekken en spelen ben ik stiekem gewoon een enorme schoothond in een XL-jasje. Ik ben dolgroot fan van knuffelen en kruip het liefst helemaal in je weg.Wie zoeken wij voor Bailey?
