Unfortunately, he was returned from foster care due to his owner's relocation, but we believe there is a perfect home out there for him. Balto is a bit anxious and unsure, so he needs a calm environment where he can feel safe and welcomed. Ideally, he would live in the countryside or in a smaller setting.
